Fresh cut grass on the deck is always a good sign!  I don't think you will find one cheaper in that kinda shape.  Tough to find one with the wooden bedsides still intact.  I often see turbo vac units for these as well...Simplicity Turbo's rock for bagging, and are very pricey...except for these.

Nice little mower. I had one with a 38" deck that would out mow a 42" murray by at least 30% on a flat open yard. Real stable on hills too. I used to mow the lake dam in high gear whippin u-ys like it was nothing

That's cool! What size deck does those have? Just curious.

The 8 horse gear drive models had a 2 blade 38 inch deck.  The 12 horse hydro models had a 42 inch three blade deck.
