Friend of mine peeled topsoil and stockpiled it last winter and was spreading it out today and found some snow from last winter.

Last time I saw/heard of snow in July was in Pittsburgh and they were filming a movie downtown with snow machines, couple years back. Snow should just NOT happen this time of year here. Snow cones but NOT snow...
