Do any of you'se people make fried corn?

If not, you cut the left over corn off the cob and fry it in a skillet with onions, peppers, bacon, mushrooms, whatever you like.

I cut fresh corn off the cob and fry it in a skillet with olive oil or butter, seasoned to taste.

Good sweat corn, cut off the cob. Milk the cob too.
Add butter and milk and bake in the oven.
Season salt and pepper to taste

I mix these ingredients with bread crumbs/cubes and poultry seasoning and use it as a stuffing for whitefish and lake trout. DeIicious on the BBQ .

We don't make it but we have had it and it was good. I guess we just like eating it off the cob.

I don't think you will turn into a 5 legged frog from eating Corn Flakes.

If I grow it, I eat it!   :D
