Do any of you'se people make fried corn?
If not, you cut the left over corn off the cob and fry it in a skillet with onions, peppers, bacon, mushrooms, whatever you like.

My wife makes "squaw" corn, its corn,peppers, bacon, couple eggs and some other spices all mixed up and fried. I do not like peppers, but this stuff is goooodd!!!

I mix these ingredients with bread crumbs/cubes and poultry seasoning and use it as a stuffing for whitefish and lake trout. DeIicious on the BBQ .

We don't make it but we have had it and it was good. I guess we just like eating it off the cob.

I'm scared of corn now. it has been said that more than ninety precent of it is genecticly modified [GMO] !
