WEll we dragged one of oour yt16s out of the weeds the other day and today we took the motor out and re powered it with a 24hp b&s intek vtwin thats been gone threw so now its about 36-40 hp whats even cool about that is it bolted right up with the factory mounting holes i built a custom throttle also and i just got done building a dual custom exhaust that sorta resemble old school side pipes and sound amazing with a cam chop to it. im now in the process in the gearing on whats my sizes i can go to like for biggest size in front and small in back ill try to get some pics asap

I hate to run you off.. but most of the guys around here do stock restos and a few pullers... check ATLTF for the hot rod stuff.  I dont see the TX on a yt16 holding up to that HP with much speed or torque very long, even with beefed up axles. That is getting close to the HP rating of a 1976 honda civic... an LT TX cant handle that

ya im only doing this to the fords we have but all of my sears are 100% original i just post this because maybe some kid along the line can look at this and would want to do somthing cool to their ford but yea i like the stock restos but you gotta have a few fun toys around the yard.

I see you have a rack and pinion steering, what is that off of??

oh this ford is a different build we own a couple fords , but for the big ford goes that rack and pinion is from yerf dog they make gokarts atvs, etc, if you plan on the symco show itll be their for show in the featured section for Wisconsin made garden tractors because its 90% homemade i just got to fix it now :anvil_drop:

well got it fixed now but i cant do anything dumb with it anymore talk about a long process of doing i had to fix my axel on it because it snapped.
