I have the need to adjust the carb on my B112. When I start all is fine and it starts great and idles fine. After I mow for a while it will not idle down. It keeps running at about the same rpm I was using when mowing. It also seems to smell like gas if I unload the engine- like going down hill. Is there a quick link someone can provide for these adjustments? My owners manual does not have a section on the carb.

Thanks all!

Try this one: http://gardentractor...ines-1919-1981/

Your float may be sticking. The carb may have vibrated loose. Good Luck, Rick

Sounds like a governor problem to me, check to be sure you governor is adjusted correctly.  with the engine of the governor should hold the throttle wide open, when the motor turn over it will close the throttle.  with the engine of loosen the screw on the governor shaft then hold the governor rod all the way up and turn the center screw clockwise till it stops then turn back just a bit.  tighten the lock screw back up and try it out.  Good luck
