I'm considering getting rid of the 1250
It's in great operating condition but with no attachments and such,it's just a big butt buggy.

I'm looking for something in the Yellow color, attachments for them are dime a dozen and they're everywhere in my area.
I LOVE the old girl but I need something that can do Something other than haul my butt around.

On another note I just picked up 4 old LawnBoys and a newer 6.5hp self propelled LawnBoy at scrap price.I got them all running but the 6.5hp,it needs a coil but I have one on the way for it.
I'll post a pic of them when I bring them up from the farm. :)

I think there are a lot of Bolens attachments out there to be found. Seems like almost every one we find has a mower deck and a snow blower and/or a snow blade. I guess it all depends on the area.

Well I'm going to go look at a 127 with 12hp kohler. It comes with a deck and plow.
He wants the 1250 bad so maybe he'll sweeten the pot.He has alot of older Cubs and attachments.
He sent me a pic of it but I think I deleted the email accidentally lol HE took it with his cell phone so it was pretty blurry.

I think it's a good deal. The 1250 needs a few parts but runs and moves fine.
I still have the K301 that I was going to swap into the 1050 so if it needs anything engine wise I think I have it covered.

Even though it's not a Bolens :( I think I'll be happy with it.My father had an old 127 years ago it was a good old tractor.
Kohlers are a good engine if you keep oil in them. But they're is nothing like a good old Wisconsin for raw torque. The 1250 will stand up if the tires don't slip.
That's amazing knowing how much it weighs and such.
