Got this in my big Bolens buy has anyone else seen one or know whats it for? Maybe its just home made?

It almost looks homemade. I've had to make special wrenches for my dozer from 3/4" plate. May have been for a nut in a very tight area. Very cool. Good Luck, Rick

Wheelhorse had a similar tool for holding the spindles on there decks as you unscrewed the blades or similar idea.

Could the CB be first 2 initials and his last name was Bolens?  I know several people in my parts with the last name Bolens.
