Almost Identical to the 1978 Sears 19.9. 1978 Roper 20T. Hope you enjoy http://gardentractor...78-roper/page-1

:welcome: to GTTalk,
The 19.9 is the biggest of the tractors mfg by Roper for Sears (not including the somewhat uncommon FF series)
They are among the last tractors made by Roper as well.

The engine is a great one. Powerful, smooth, reliable... But a little pricey if there is a repair part needed (Onan is no more and Cummings bought them out.)

We would love to see pics of your new ride, also the story of how you found it and your plans for use.

 Welcome to the forum. I did a klittle searching around and we have a manual that should cover that. It is for a 917.257080, but Sears was real good with changing #'s for small differences. Post some pics of the beast. Check out the link (in BLUE) in my signature for help uploading those.
