Jeez Larry, I could sell that at that price in ten seconds around here.

I might try posting this further out. No luck locally.

So.  The free sears had bad transmission.  The free Ranch King had blown engine.  Same tractor different stickers.   Removed engine from sears installed in Ranch King.  Works nice, Its just a lawn tractor nothing special.  I don't need it, posted it on KIJIJI.  Fellow called on it from Whitehorse in the Yukon 24 hours driving time.  He has a buddy flying down to pick up a truck nearby and will stop and pickup the tractor.  I'll put $300 cash in my pocket after buying a new battery and changing oil.

So!  I sold 4 lawn / garden tractors this spring to make room and get a little cash.  I wanted to cut my inventory down. Then last weekend I had 4 given to me and this week i bought 3.  Now I have 14 tractors.  6 running, 4 need work, 4 for parts.

Free ones

Ranch king dead engine

Craftsman with dead tranny.  Did the engine swap to the ranch king runs works nice.

Honda smokes a lot

Weed eater one needs clutch

Bought

Craftsman YS4500

John deer 455 needs some work.

John deer 425 parts tractor mower deck.  Needs engine

Now I have 3 more than I started with and less cash.

tear ya paper work up & chuck it in the bin , that fixes your inventory problem

never mind the GT problem lol

Shane

Theres worse more expensive hobbies a guy could have.  $2,000 doesn't get you much.  It will get you a lot of tractor parts.  Maybe even couple of project units.
