I love all those kind of berries, but Wife doen't and wouldn't make a pie IF she knew how!   No baking goes on here w/out instructions from a BOX!  She used to make stuff, but now working too much and that stuff doesn't happen anymore.

How about a bowl of fresh strawberries, right out of our tractor tire beds.  They are huge again this year.  Golf ball size and larger.  Trick is to get to them before the birds or the rain ruins them.

I had strawberries Saturday out of my dinky little patch, and then found wild ones growing all over the yard, the wild ones taste WAY SWEETER, yum !!looks like this year is going to be a bumper crop of raspberries and blackberries here as well. Bushes are loaded .
Wild raspberries make a killer wine ,as do the blackberries too, oh I make jams too, but the wine is more rewarding LOL.

Our strawberries are doing super good this year. Slow starting as they like the warmer weather and sunshine. Granddaughter has been here the last 4 days and she wants strawberries for all 3 meals and snack in between. But she earns her share too so won't complain. Worse things she could be wanting.
