The contractor doing the upgrades to my duct work was dragging his feet. I tackled the duct work upgrades myself. Added in a return in the living and 2 supplies to the living room.

What a difference!! AC ran 15 minute cycles to keep it at 75. Now it runs 5 and the cool is much more uniform across the down stairs. Supplies cost me 102 dollars.

Had a small leak in the roof that showed itself at the beginning of the week. The chimney was leaking. New flashing and tar.

Toilet wax ring was leaking. Bought one of those foam reusable. Fixed up.

Lots done today. Feels good!

Come to my place and put in a furnace/a/c in my crawlspace!  Big 4ft one with gravel floor. Machine needs to hang off the flooring and be off ground, have drain line for the water, LP gas. I have hot water heat and no air, cept window ones and they are small. I've always wanted to put that furnace in as back-up too, so can have heat if the water one goes bad or leaks somewhere in middle of winter.  Always afraid of that happening.

I love productive weekends, at least from what I can remember about them.  I hope to have one again some day.

Good to hear you had a good, productive weekend. Those are nice when they happen.

I got lots fixed this past weekend, unfortunately I broke all of it to start with... :(
