Hello all...

Just joined the site after I bought an 84? gt18 diesel to play around with..figured this would be the place to ask any questions I might have..

it`s in really good shape..425 hours..mower deck..3 point hitch and 42 inch tiller..

Now to find a snowblower and front blade...

Any tips as to where I might find them?

I know...slim chance ..but it`s worth a shot..

Welcome Mike.  Glad to have you. Sorry that I won't be able to help you on this tractor but there's a lot of knowledge available on this site and I'm sure help will be along shortly.

Minneapolis Craigslist has a person who collects and parts Ariens GT and S tractors. You might check there and see if shipping is an option.

just a heads up, shipping across the border is brutal price wise, its best to get a American  address from a company like US mailbox and get the stuff shipped there (shipping inside the usa is pretty cheap, some places offer free shipping) then pick it up, no brokerage fees and half the time no duty, and duty on it is only the hst if at all

Welcome to GTtalk! In my area it seems most times the attachments are sold with a tractor. And if someone lists an attachment by itself, its like they think it is tip top shape and worth list price.

Can you use the one from your deck or is it too long?

I was thinking that the shaft from the mower deck is a different length. I don't have a blower to say for sure.

I have seen them a few times on ebay, but pricey.

Part of the yoke is there just a matter of the other part from tractor to attachment bet you could make it work if it doesn't already
