Looks homebrew to me along with Roger, but very cool either way!
The jackshaft/reduction setup in the rear is neat, and the frame formed around the rear axle caught my eye as well. I would think center of gravity would be lower with this design, very cool!!!! Thanks for sharing this with us!:)

PS, love the heavy front grill.

Maybe a homebrew hood coming soon??? That tractor has potential!!!:)
