I found this blade at Ace Hardware. With my Rewards card and Veteran discount, it was just over $13 with tax. I asked them if they would carry the 10-14 variable tooth blades as I read they last longer.

Played with the saw some more. Got it to cut within 0.050" vertically on a 2-3/8" pipe. Think that's about as good as it will get.

Nice saw and very versatile..I put a fine tooth blade on mine,,its slower for cutting plate steel and moose bones but then I don't have to be changing blades for cutting tube stock. I made a table for mine as I generally use saw in upright position

That is a cool set up with it vertical. I think mine will do that now. I had to change out the 'stop' bolt for that as mine was bent and it wanted to nearly flop over, table and all. Since I have it on the roll around and ballast down below, I may be able to make that set up.

I would suggest you make the "table" tilt.  I was in a hurry and did not get that fancy. We were cutting 1/2 steel plate that required a 30 degree angle on one side...a tilting table was required and it would not take much to alter my table at this time. For the angled cut i put a shim under base of table to adjust angle,,,not perfect but got the job done

I may see if I can incorporate this if I set it vertical.

It's off an old Delta saw I had. Might expand capabilities some.

I made a stop for making multiple cuts. Need to get some 1/2" rod for it to work on. Think if I get a 36" length and cut 12" off, I can use the short piece for shorter things. Then the 24" for longer items.

It is reversible, closest I can get it is 1-3/4". But that will help.
