Well, after a week and a half and 2 payments, I finally got my little '93 Mazda B2200. Only paid $1150 and it has 90K miles. It's in Excellent condition with only a few dents, runs and drives great!.   The best part is it has a AIR CONDITIONER!!!!!   I don't remember the last time I had a car with a A/C, so I'm thrilled!. The little pickup was located in Burns (6 miles from my house) so it was even easy to get!

The only thing it needs is a seat cover which I want to get pretty soon so the seat doesn't fall apart anymore then it is. Also want to dump some fuel additives in it because the last owner was in his 90's and he just used it to putter around town in (remember, burns only has 200 people in it so it's not much of a town to putter around in). The pickup seems just a little sputtery when you push on the gas hard, but I think it will come right out of it.

Some SEAFOAM in the fuel a couple of times and it will do wonders for a fuel system.

It will run like crap as the junk is flushed out, and you may need to replace the fuel filter after a while, but it is an inexpensive fix.

As I recall the only problem I had with my Mazda was the carb. Forget the exact issue

pretty sweet little truck!

seafoam, or some of the dry gas will probably clear up any problem with the fuel.

I'll get some seafoam today for it, I'm heading to the big city with it today that is about a 1/2 hour drive, I'll dump some in before I go and hopefully it will clear it all up.   This morning I need to swap the wheels and tires from my other mazda B2600i that quit, it still has good tires and this B2200 that I just got has thin tires that shake when taken up to highway speeds.

I'm not sure if he took it to church or not, his son may of driven him since the church is a mile out of town. Besides that I think it was just used to drive to his sons house and where his son works. Which both are only a few block drive for him. He has owned this pickup since 2008 and I don't think it has ever left town.

It might be shaking because it's scared.  Probably hasn't been at highway speed for years!

Thanks, I made a 60 mile trip with it today, when I got to town I went to fill it up on premium gas and ad some seafoam to it. I went to open the gas cap cover and it needed a key. So I grabbed the ignition key to open it, the key fit but wouldn't turn, I wiggled the key around and messed with it for 5 minutes and finally said heck with it. I still had a 1/4 tank which was plenty to make it home on. Once I got home I put some liquid wrench in the key hole and after a while I got it open. Then quickly made it so it no longer locks :D
