Thats a Pretty unique design!
I wonder what model it was? Looks like a 1254???

I wish I knew.Maybe it has modified brakes on each rear wheel and steers that way ?

Looks like it could be a 1053 or a 1254 going by the rear fenders.

The hood looks identical to my 1256 though the 1254 should have the same hood.

It's neat, but what I mod, I try to stay practical, where this is not. But then I can't afford not to be practical, so no telling what I'd build if money were freely available! But, no way i'd have used that color paint, or badged it Caterpillar. It's still a Bolens!

Yes I think with original Bolens colors it would have suited it better.

I could be wrong but I think that you guys are missing the point here. He wasn't trying to depict a "Bolens articulated". IMHO, this guy is an admirer of CAT heavy equipment and did not see his fave brand appear at any tractor show so he decided to remedy that situation by creating something that bears a slight resemblance to this. That would explain the paint colour, the decals and the design... don'cha think? :D
