As part of my 1050 restoration, I am planning to tear down, inspect, and possibly rebuild the engine. (this is a total restoration project) If, upon inspection and measuring tolerances, I find that valve guides and/or valves and/or piston/rings need to be replaced, does anyone know of a source for older Wisconsin parts. Although I would prefer OEM, I'm not against buying aftermarket. So, that being said, I would appreciate any guidance or direction towards dealers/suppliers.

Thanks

Member Bolens1000 can tell you where to order parts. He'll be here this evening to fill in the blanks I'm sure. He just redone his engine a short while back & got everything he needed.

When I rebuilt my engine I got parts off ebay and from my local dealer.
If you watch ebay closely you usually can grab the parts you need over time.
