Hi !

Can anybody please measure their gastank L*W*H. I am restoring my 1886-04 to original since the PO made all kinds of modifications to it as well as putting in a Opel car engine in it.. It won´t be a complete restoration as in mint condition but rebuilt engine paintjob and Orbitrol steering will be enough for me. The power steering I need since I plan on building a loader next but for right now I need the original dimensions of the gastank so I can weld it together. Anyone ?

Regards

Jörgen

Have you considered just getting an original gas tank? Several of the site sponsors here might have one that you could buy and save yourself the trouble of welding one up. They also show up on eBay periodically.

Measurements, not sass, is what we're looking for here. Make yourself useful and throw a picture up, since we got the measurements already.
