Here is a great opportunity to join the bug eyed Craftsman club. Not a bad  deal at all.

Disagree!      Too much for a questionable condition Onan!  It's a $300 tractor Max! And that max is only IF you really had to have it for some weird Unknown reason. :shoot2: :(

One thing that stands out at me is he says the PTO clicks when he tries to jump start it. Maybe if you turn the PTO off, it may just turn over? A little high for a non-running tractor, but it looks to have the 50" deck under it.

Those Onans are getting expensive to rebuild so that's a factor for sure. The price would be low here. They are genuinely rare here. I only know of 1 in this province.

That is a fairly hard to find tractor. I have only seen 3 of them for sale down my way. LIke any of the Craftsman tractors that style they are hard to find with an uncracked hood. I have 3 (well 4 if you count the pieces of a parts tractor I got) and 3 of them have cracked hoods.

At this point I would almost pay half what he is asking just for the hydro so I could fix the Buzzard.

Willie, do you just need the hydro or the whole rear end? I have a couple extra Eaton 11's here! Just not a Peerless with 6 bolt hubs.
