I picked this up yesterday for $130 it a 150cc chinese made atv.

Problems I found so far : Carb needs rebuilt (Probably buy a new carb since they cheap) , intake manifold is dry rotted so I need to buy a new one and the reverse don't work which I don't care cause it does move forward.  Me , my sister and my mom has been riding it around all day it just bogs down under a lot of throttle.

cool,

the bog is a lean condition at load. carb probably just needs a good cleaning, and the intake manifold is most likely the biggest problem, especially if  is leaking.

I have yet to find a carb rebuild kit for those Chinese equipment.  But as you said the carbs are cheap enough it is just easier to replace the carburetor.  I have a 70cc I got when a customer left it and didn't want to pay the repair charges.  The grand-kids love riding it.  I need to replace the left hand switch cluster because the plastic has basically disintegrated.

Have fun with your new toy.

I just noticed the reverse gearbox has a hole in it.
