I put this together,my girl liked it.It had a junk Tecumseh 6hp in it.I put a 5hp briggs and Stratton in it.Its a factory repair engine I think.I picked it up on craigs list cheap.It never had any fluids in it.It started right up and run like a new engine and mows nice to!

That hood looks like a take off on a "black hood" Wheel Horse from the late '70s.

That is either a old Huffy or what they called a Rugg. They are cute little machines. They also make great little racing machines also.
