I passed! Talked to the son today. These are honest Christian people. Could really use an overhaul. Carb needs cleaned up and a kit. The definite deal killer for me was it needs new axle seals and hasn't run in 7 to eight years. Oh well, maybe someday I will find what I'm looking foe at a price I can afford.

Too bad on that.  The rear tires alone are almost worth their asking price and I notice it has the gasoline starting tank on it.  That tank is hard to find on them nowadays.  Would make it a kerosene burner.  Not sure what the loader is but it's not an IH one.

For someone it will make a great restoration project. I just know my limitations plus I don't really have a good place for that major of a job.
