Have C-175 and need the axle seals. Part # 6449 in my papers. Any quick source?  I'm hoping for a number actually to go to local auto place to see if have or can get. Usually overnight if not in stock there. Anyone have #'s?   Otherwise, will it have to be Toro, or parts tree or similar?

There's two that are very similar , is your seal the 1-3/8'' OD or the 1-5/8'' OD?

Good chance I have a seal here instock!

The bigger seal.  Probly the 1" axles take the smaller.  Can you see what you have, how much and do you paypal?  I got sizes from Redhorse and he said can get bearing shops if you are no go. Can PM if you wish.

I have a cross to OEM  instock ,  at $ 8.49ea

The one I have is going to be what most bearing and seal places will cross to, the original seal is 1/2'' thick these are 1/4'' thick but will not have a performance difference. The OEm spec seals are going to be special order and would have to get those in if your looking for Genuine Toro parts.

Send me a PM if your interested, can do paypal.

There isn't much Brian can't cross reference.  I've tested him on that.  :smilewink:

Ben done me good, seals here and in. Were the 1/4" ones as noted, but fit fine. Oil back in rear, didn't see any running out, heh! Almost bet could have put two each side, but not sure any better doing that or just overkill?

You could double up on the seals if you wish , alot of the older farm equipment  with the old thick felt seals we generally cross to a seal and have them double up to fill in the empty space from the felt washer.
