This was my dad's leaf sweeper, kept in great shape in a dry garage attic.  I spent many October afternoons pushing this around the yard when I was a kid - better than raking.  The original canvas bag needs to be resewn at the top ( I may get around to that) and the brushes will need restoration soon since the natural fiber broom straws are breaking.  Cast iron wheels, durable mechanism, looking for a home where it would be appreciated.  I'd like to get $90 for it - rare to find one in such great condition. Your ideas are welcome and I'd be happy to provide more information.  Located in Ann Arbor, MI.

Welcome to GTT. That is a "heritage" item and you should think about it awhile before you sell it. Sounds like it already has lots of memories. I regret parting with things that connected me to my father. Good Luck, Rick

Wow that's a neat sweeper. Wish I needed it for a collection but I don't have the room. Hope it goes to a good home. The canvas can be repaired.  Good luck.

Roger
