That's a neat looking planter. Did you drill some holes for drainage?

Yes, each box has 5 drain holes.  It that isn't enough, we'll poke a few more in next year.

That's a nice design & functional. You done a nice job. I wouldn't use treated lumber for edible plants especially growing that close to the sides. For the last two years I hauled & broke down pallets for funiture, crafts etc. I done very well at it but most of my time was spent breaking down & sorting out the lumber. The more rustic it looked the better folks liked it.

That is really nice....Where do you find pallets made with that good of wood ?

 

A fellow told me he made a "garden" in a skid....Put dirt and plants right in the skid and watch them go.

This is not a pallet. I used all new wood.

Pallet made stuff is a hot ticket right now, our benches for our kitchen table are made out of skids, gave the rustic look my wife wanted.
