My B210 has the hollow tube steering shaft running from center to the left spindle . Each end has a ball joint to connect to the flat bars. I need to replace these but can,t find the proper name or part number to search for availability. Any clues on this will be appreciated. Thanks.

That's basically what it is but both ends are male threads. The tube they go into have female threads on both ends.

Thay make em in any gender you need----Male to female--male to male---female to female
most times refered to as a heim joint and as said come in many sizes and also rh and lh thread
