The post title is a slogan that's popular for advertising tourism here in South Dakota. We had a reported 13.5 inches of snow with 30-40 mph winds here in the open country east of Rapid City (western end of the state.)
Then a tornado hit the small town of Delmont, SD about 250 miles east and a little south from here. A church with a Sunday School class going on was destroyed but fortunately everyone got to the basement in time.
I hope none of the east river members had any problems with this crazy weather!
