Two things come to mind, it's good you got things checked and now you know the warning signs if it happens again. My wife has had two of those and there have been permanent changes. The key is to get immediate help and follow doctors orders.

Hopefully this will be your last stroke.

Glad you found out what was wrong. Sorry it took so long to find the problem. As said your health is everything. Pace yourself and do as the Drs. say. Hope any effects are gone soon. Take care and May God Bless.  You can always talk to us. Some of us retired guys ( Ok just me )  are on here way to much and are always around to listen.                                                                                                                                                                                                          Roger

Thank you very much for the support and advices guys. After thinking about it for a while, I am not fully convinced. Another opinion or two is needed. These days it seems doctors are willing to try just about anything to place people on medications.

This is just more bad luck piling up. A certain family member has done something that will affect me very negatively on a very personal and professional level. I find some strange coincidences between a lot of what has been happening here. There will be some major changes required. This means I will have to move again soon.

I am befuddled at such a lack of common sense and reasoning that exist in a state with the highest concentration of collages, schools and diversity.

Jesse, I am just now catching up to this.  Shows how I miss stuff this time of year.

I am really sorry to hear all this.  I agree with the others that stress is just bad news for all parts of you.  Not that I am a guy to talk.... but you need to watch yourself.  Take this one as a warning, my friend.

I'm glad you know what it was, but somehow knowing things like that makes your insides feel all messed up.  We'll be praying for you down here.

Ben W.
