Added 200 Series Operator's Manuals

I added two operator's manuals for the 200 series. First one is OM-M81219 is for 210, 212, and 214 tractors for serial numbers 070001 to 095000.

Second one is for the 210, 212, 214 and 216 tractors from serial numbers 095001 to 190000.

The 318/420 owner's manual just comes up as gibberish (almost like code that has been crossed out) for me.

It's possible your computer is putting an extra extension on the file. Look to see it the file has an .html on the end. If it does, rename it and remove the .html and be sure it has the extension .pdf on it. Worked for me.

Turns out the latest Mac software won't let me change the extension (or maybe I just can't figure out how), so I downloaded it on the wife's netbook last night and hauled it over here on a memory stick. Now I have a method that will work for future downloads anyway.
