This was built out of pop cans as a 4H project by a 13 year old girl.

It is very impressive indeed, I know our 13 year old girl would never go to that much trouble LOL, she won't even get off the couch.

Are the cans empty or full? Wheels should be full cans then there would be better traction when tilling!
