Hello All,
I picked up this John Deere X475 from a friend yesterday. He bought it new in '04. It has 1298. Hours on the water cooled Kaw. Runs great. Needs alittle TLC as it was his money maker. Well maintained but not polished often.

Take care,
Mike

54" deck? Looks real nice for the amount of hours.

How's the bearings on the deck? They probably aren't original?

There is a couple of X475's on the local CL for nearing decent prices. The EFI X485's are still top dollar, though.

Yes sir 54" deck. Very quiet and I believe they are original.

Around here this one is still bringing very good cash.

Congratulations on the 475. I had one, a 2005. Traded it in 2008 for the 2320 compact tractor. They have 23hp and are carburated. The 485 is the same displacement but is Fuel injected for 25hp. They are liquid cooled and mine was pretty thirsty compared to the diesel I run now. I think Ruegg makes a 3point hitch for those tractors as well as the factory one. I had a 54 front blade on mine. The same hitch and blade fits a 2305 so there may be some used ones out there. With a set of chains and some weight they will move a lot of snow.
