At least that is what JD claims.  Agree or disagree?

 

Ditto their claim that "... you have “licensed” your tractor and can’t really own it ..."

They're trying to do the same thing with cars, general consensus is that it has very little chance of amounting to much.

They are pushing it hard under the DCMA. Hopefully they do not get it to pass. It is incredibly stupid and the aftermarket tuners and parts sellers are not happy at all.

This is just the same can of worms as Monsanto and their GMO products. They need to nip this in the bud. Why doesn't this apply to other computerized products such as Smartphones?

If I can't really own it --I guess I can't really pay for it.May have to become an outlaw mechanic working under cover of darkness.
