Have a homelite t-10 and a allis b-10 will any of the attachments interchange or the rear hitch off the allis fit the homelite

Which T10 do you have? AC or Simplicity built? If you don't know post photo and we can tell you.
When you say "hitch" are you talking about the lift lever?

Simplicity built same as 3410. Talking about the rear lift

The B10 stuff should work on a Simplicity built T10. The lift lever will physically fit but you need a special bushing set for the left hand pivot. Some people use use the standard lock rings with a smaller diameter (OD) washer(s) in the middle. B10 used a rod running from the rock shaft to lift lever. 3410 uses a cable.

Some of the Homelite rear lifts were rectangle . If the rear lift is round as is the Allis B-10 they should fit. Now some were bigger than others. You would have to check and see if they will fit.                                                                                                                                                                                           Roger
