Lots of rain here too Brian. Over 2 inches in the last couple of days. Combined with the snow melt it has the rivers at near food levels. It was just above freezing here yesterday and the rain actually turned to hail and snow for a while but then in warmed a little and it finished up as rain. So this morning the ground is not all white. Not so lucky a few hundred miles north of here. 6 to 8 inches of wet snow for them!

I live in Helotes (NW SA) and it got pretty nasty this morning. And of course people forget how to drive in the rain coming into work this morning.

Glad you folks are getting some rain down that way. You all probably just don't want to see it all at once, though! Had a shower move through here earlier.

Got down to 17* F here last night. Had rain and snow for the last 4 days. Just a skift of snow , not much at all. Supposed to warm up some this week. Helped quell the fire danger here in N. Michigan.    Hopefully it will help you guys out down there.                                                                                                Roger

We haven't had a real rain since last fall, just a couple of sprinkles, and it's shaping up to be a dry spring. Still pretty cool as well, ice on the cats water dish again this morning, but I do hear frogs in the evening, so that's a good sign. Would sure like a nice all day rain to green things up though.

Happy for the rain, just not the severe part. Got a line bearing down now, and it is increasing in intensity. Just finished vacumeing all the spider webs out of the storm shelter.
