I was given a Ford LGT14D.  The tractor itself is in great shape, but the deck needs work.  I am in the process of replacing the bearings, but I cannot find any scematics, or service manuals over the Deck itself.  My problem is with the gearbox, as it is apart and in pieces in a box from a repair shop (not my doing).  All the pieces are there except one snap ring.  My question is, can anyone tell me how to get the Gearbox and Spindles back together?  I can get them on and off the deck shell, no problem, but rebuilding the spindles and gearbox are becoming problematic, and there is little to no literature.  I have obtained the Operators manual for the LGT14D deck (Ford 48" 09SA1448) but it is merely a operators manual.

I hope someone know anything about the LGT14 Direct drive mowers!

New Holland has a listing for that deck. Here a screenshot of it.

I have the same deck and gearbox partially disassembled right now.  I cannot remove the #8 gear.  I have the cir-clip removed and the input shaft and bearings removed.  There isn't enough clearance for a typical gear puller.  Any ideas?

To the OP.  Reassemble from the bottom up, and ensure the output seal is properly seated. Note there should be a thin spacer between #31 and the case, these are loaded from the inside before inserting the input shaft.
