This years Portland Spring swap to be May 13 to 16. Who might go?  I'll be there with friend, but not much to sell anymore for me.  Might have to look for a  late Bolen's  Hydro.  Speedex stuff always, even some Power King if newer type.  Can only hope for Warm, Sun, no rain.  OR Snow even this year, ha! Some years nice, others cold and wet, never know.

I plan to go on Thursday or Friday, depending what day I have free.  Would love to find a 620/720 Allis to swap my 920 diesel for.  Need something with a 3pt hitch.   Mike

I may go Saturday since I'm not off work till then. Never been to the swap meets. Only the actual show. Hope to see some members around. I will sport my camo Gttalk hat.

Eric

Saturday, better get there in AM, much leaving afternoon times. All this depends on weather for the week, which we aren't hearing about yet.

Most vendors bail out either late friday evening or saturday morning, a real shame as many of the younger generation are at work during the week and cannot attend.  Something I feel the club hosting needs to address, otherwise its mostly for farmers or retirees.

Same thing happens during the show. It's a mass exodus on Saturday. The swap meet is still decent but seeing empty spots makes me wonder what I missed. I will say, I've got some great deals on things people didn't want to load back onto their trailer!

All loaded up, two trailers and junk in back of trucks. Maybe I will wear GTTalk hat to see me. I'll have coats or sweats on too, gonna be 62 for high, but mostly sunny I guess. Thursday, little warmer, not much. Friday might be rain day it says, but looks like later in day. I will be out of there Friday night, gotta go to work for big Sat Overtime money!  Not sure how they are gonna run rest of this week w/out me.  I'm pretty important to my area........ :toilethead: :bounce:
