Here are the new tires I put on the front of my Craftsman. The original Sears tires were getting pretty bad and I got these Nankang rib tires for free. Any advantage of the ribs over turfs?

No advantage to either tire. It isn't until you mount 3 rib (or 5) of the deep rib tires tha you get benefit of the rib design. I prefer snow blower tires for steering traction, and they are usually cheap used.

I have three types of fronts, and Rear for that matter, and haven't noticed a difference, Of corse my property doesn't care much either way. I am thinking turfs all the way around for Old Girl.

Ok thanks. A friend of mine has field tracks which look similar on his Honda ATC 250r.
