Ironic I already had my Winnie books out in regards to this drum chipper  :

V-4 powered Winnie, I doubt that it is 65 hp, waiting on spec numbers to confirm in my manuals.

Not sure what HP that engine is, there are several different engines listed with that model chipper. Hopefully you will get some engine info to help you figure this one out. Good looking unit, Good Luck..

I looked on the internet. They come with different engines, but some 2070s are listed with a 65hp Wisc.

Look a the engine on the chipper, L-head. Below is the 65 hp Winnie, OHV.

The engine in the photo is not a OHV engine, I agree with you Jesse. Hope you get some more info.
