That is ONE Ugly Tractor!  Don't believe he'll get that much for it.  I'ld rather buy the Ford in background. Question: Is that really the size of 3pt arms on those or some home-made junk put on it? Would think for that asking price, HE would get the battery to show people, not have Them have to come with one to look at it with.  Being Green like that makes me think it might be Grey Market tractor?  Pretty old whatever it is.

Those have added extensions to the lower arms, if you look close you can see the pin in the factory hole about 6-12 inches before the end of the arms as they are now.  Those early yanmars were beat with the ugly stick, but almost bullet proof otherwise.

The old Yanmars have the ugliest paint color, but they are mean tractors.  They will run forever, and parts are still fairly easy to get. 

 

Yanmar changed colors to red and white and that improved their sales!

I've seen them that colour up here as well. I remember one that was in mint condition. It sure looked better than the one in this topic. It would have  Cat 1 3pt on it which has a lot longer arms than the Cat 0 GT sized 3pt.
