I use a puller and tighten it up against the axle and a good hard smack on the end and they pop right off. Sometimes they are very hard to get off and will take a few times to get.

Is this something you dare apply heat to? If so, that might help.

I tried a puller with no luck, is there a lock ring in the center of the hub around the axle as you are looking at the axle and hub? Texas Wheel Horse said you have a lot of parts for a 140. I am in need of some things. Hydra transmission handle and plate, trans. dip stick, mower switch. pto light, steering wheel center cap, you can email your phone # or you could give me a call at 614-554-7737 Thanks Joe
