huh... without adding to the mess that this situation is, given that a Tahoe is so much bigger than a Cherokee, I am surprised that a wheel chair has a harder time fitting into the Tahoe. Not all that familiar with the inside layout of either/ as I drive older stuff/ but just going by outward appearance of both.

yea the Tahoe has a third row seat in the back, the seats can be folded down but the employee didn't show them how to do that either. I wasn't familiar with the Tahoe so I went on the Chevy website, the seats can be removed. The fact that this company refused a reasonable request is what makes this an ADA issue.huh... without adding to the mess that this situation is, given that a Tahoe is so much bigger than a Cherokee, I am surprised that a wheel chair has a harder time fitting into the Tahoe. Thank you for renting with Payless. After a careful review of the audio/video of the transaction at the Phoenix Payless location, we find the agent was professional and accommodating. We did see you agree to the basic coverage at 25.99 per day, we also noted the free upgrade that was provided as a courtesy. We noted the counter agent followed policy by offering you the prepaid fuel that was not accepted as well as advising the cost of the additional driver when you requested to have your husband added on. You did elect to not have the additional driver. We noted the agent was very helpful with your need to purchase a phone charger. From the time you walked up to the time you left was less than 15 minutes. We are sorry you were not sanctified with the service you received and hope you try us again very soon.
"Sanctified"? Gotta be a typo, although the word does suit their attitude. As far as taking their evidence as proof, I'd as soon let a fox guard my chickens as use what they say as what actually happened.
