Im just going to vent a little. Not trying to start anything, but my parents taught me if I didn't have anything good to say, then don't say it! I think this is a lost idea. :mad2:  :wallbanging:

Yes but, don't let the pressure build up too much. You have to have a vent. Splitting wood and yelling at it as you hit it with the maul really blows off alot. Just not when there are others around. Good Luck, Rick

There is a big difference between constructive advice and critisim. A line that is so easy to cross.

Unfortunately Bob, you've posted a generic statement without any details for any one to help you with. Often times we perceive something said to be something other than how it was meant. Sometimes what seems like criticism is advice in disguise because we can't hear the voice and see the face that gave it. And there are the occasional "Critical Carl's" that just can't seem to get out of the rut of criticizing things. I try to read through them and get to the good stuff. But now and then when I re-read something it becomes clear that I may have misinterpreted a statement. I hope this is helpful. :)

"Is it something I did or said? If so I will apologize now. I am sorry; sometimes I am misunderstood and the message comes across wrong. I have also been told that my "customer communication" skills suck; but if I said it I truly believe that it was an honest opinion of the situation, This is one of my IDP's (individual development plan) and I am working to correct any short comings I have."

Oh, wait; what were we talking about?
