Well...I finally found an Ariens Bagger Vac for my Ariens GT.  I can let my Peco Vac go.  I will separate the tractor and vac.  Discount for purchasing together.  I'm looking to get $300 for the tractor, $300 for the Peco vac, $500 if you buy the package.

The tractor runs great when it's runs.  No smoke, plenty of power.  It randomly quits getting fuel though.  I haven't checked it out yet.  I'm assuming dirt in the tank.  It has an inline filter in the fuel line.  It always starts back up after working with it.  It could be carb related.  The low speed screw is broken off in the carb.  It was like that when I got it.  Other than that, everything works on the tractor as it should.  It could use a new tractor-mower deck belt.  The deck works fine, but is a little noisy.  I greased it and everything moves smoothly.  Also, the front wheels have been painted.  The back wheels have been sanded and are ready for paint.  The guy I bought it off of was getting ready to refurb the tractor.

The Peco vac works great.  The motor does smoke a little and burns some oil, but runs and starts great.  It could use a re-ring/rebuild.  The bag has some patches, but works fine.  I put 55 gallon drum liner bags in it when I use it.  They are a perfect fit for it.  I "engineered" the wood supports on the sides of the deck-vac tube.  The tubing is old and stiff.  It was stored with a bend in it and doesn't like to stay straight.  It works great the way it is.  I used it for leaf collection last year.  It was a real time-saver.

As always, I can deliver between Dayton and Cleveland.  We can work that out if you are interested.  Thanks.

I had a Peco just like this, but it was tractor PTO powered.  Same blower unit...worked great, and was nice not to have to tow a trailer for grass/leaf collection.  Nice setup!

Yeah...that's what I like about the Ariens setup.  The vac runs off the rear PTO and no trailer to tow.  One less engine to maintain is always a plus as well!

*Bump*

I'm attending the vintage garden tractor show in Sugarcreek, OH, next Saturday, May 9th.  If anyone is interested in the CC/Peco Vac, I can bring it with me.  PM me if interested.  Thanks.

Billy

*Bump Again*

I still have this.  No interest?  I thought the price was fair.?  I'll sell the tractor cheap minus the engine, wheels/tires and battery if someone wants a parts machine.  I hate to do that though, as this is a nice tractor.

If you are gonna be near sugar creek again pm me. I'd be interested in the tractor only. Not the vac

Well...I'll definitely be there at the show next year!  I don't know if I'll make it back that way this year though.  Thanks.

Would be interested in the Vac, but going to college in less than a month and you being so far away are keeping me from it.

Would look nice behind my all-original 86.

Yes, distance and a busy life can be frustrating at times. I run into that all the time.

The tractor is sold, but I still have the vac if anyone is interested.

Fall is coming.  Leaves will be falling!  I still have the vac for sale.  $175 takes it home.

You're welcome!  It was nice dealing with you as well.  I'm glad the vac went to a good home.

FYI...I posted the manual for that in the "manuals" section on this site a while back.
