I picked up these basket cases for 200.00 each, and the engines and parts including a Simplicity hydrolift for 70.00. I only went to buy the Gard'n Mast'r, but I couldn't pass up the other stuff.

I will. We have to get home and unload. The Page had hydraulics added and it's a mess, but came with the original rear weights. The Gard'n Mast'r looks worse than it actually is and will be a fun restoration. I have a nice complete clutch assembly for it if needed.

It was a fun trip and found some goodies I was looking for. I needed three nice Briggs square tanks and the Briggs engines are model 23fb engines. One of the engines is the correct engine for my '56 Power king. I didn't expect to come home with all of this, but I won't complain.

Obviously lots of work here. The Page is something that I don't know much about, but I have found some pics of what it should look like. I have to strip all of the add on stuff off of it. The engine has good compression, but lost spark and was parked. The Gard'n Mast'r has the original gear reduction model 23 Briggs that also has good compression, but no spark. Both shouldn't be too hard to get running. I also got a pair of nice front rims for my '56 PK and some PK brochures and paperwork in the 70.00 parts pile. I couldn't believe that he had a bunch of parts that I needed for other projects. These two machines will sit for a while since I have to catch up on other projects and the weather is getting better.
