Dried off enough today I used my new bota w/loader to mix up my compost pile.  Moved a pile of chicken gold to the edge of the garden and moved a composter I made from behind the house to closer to the garden next to the tool shed.  If I don't get to use my new tiller soon I'm gonna go OUT OF MY MIND!!!

On a side note, hopefully not a bad one, for the first time since we moved here 4 yrs back, the (Turtle) river going through our place is running low.  It has every spring flooded over the banks slightly bringing enough water to get the season started.  At the shallow point it is maybe 2 foot with 4 foot at deep part this time of year after the flood.  Right now it appears to be about a foot or less.  This is not a good sign!  I know we could still get hammered with snow/rain, but so far we have barely had enough to cover the grass this winter.  If we don't get something pretty quick, the gardens and farmers fields are going to be suffering bad here this year.  Glad I have a very deep well that will keep my garden watered but still going to be bad all around here.

Played with the loader on the neighbors front yard.  :dancingbanana:  :dancingbanana:  Muddy and soft, perfect to rip up the mound he wanted gone. Only problem is getting the extra dirt to the back yard with the muddy yard.  Plan on using my trailer  with the large tires to keep it from sinking in too bad.
