allis 811gt any redeeming qualities ?

so nobody talks about them . nobody seems to care for them. will any parts work on a "good" tractor ? or would it make a good boat anchor  :deadhorse:

yes they are ugly but some good are about them. What "good" tractor did you have in mind for parts interchange?

how about a jacobson ???? :poke:  how about a 7112-h sim ,3112-h sim ,allis B-212 varispeed . the 811 has a 30 in tiller with the drive on the right side  (facing forward )  I really wanted to say passinger side but......well you know

??? Ugly?  They remind me of a bunch of other tractors. Simplicity, Gilson, etc. What would you do different?

brother had a gremlin . I did go price them .$50,000 ?? for some reason the ac811gt does not get the same respect .people wont even talk about them .

oh sorry yea I was thinking about the small 600 series. The 800 series ain't bad for a lawn tractor. I think of it as the 900 series was a garden tractor and 800 series was lawn tractor. I dont go and find them to buy but if I ran across one cheap I might buy it.

with the flexable driveline and tork converter on the rear axle ? HAHAHA yea I had one of those for a while .. good times, good times

ha ! havent seen that car in twenty years . i didnt like driving through stop signs when I had the brake mashed to the floor
