Shut off the fuel and ran the carb out of gas then drained the tank and put the gas and battery in one of the tractors I use to cut the grass and got it fired up,I am done plowing snow for the year even if we happen to get more.

I heard temps of 31* and possibly rain.snow showers tonight :wallbanging:

Haven't taken off my blade yet, rtactor is broke down in barn right now anyway so when i get it fixed, bucket will probably go back on the front.

It figures it would snow the day after I remove the battery and drain the gas but even if we get a foot I am done for the year.

Our last snow that needed plowing was around April 10 last year, so who knows?

I took the blower off mine, put 'er up awaiting the new owner to pic 'er up.  BAM, got hammered with snow.  Definitely put 'er away, way too soon.  Back hurts from shoveling now.. LOL, that's the way it goes sometimes.  You'd think I would have known better, living in ND.

All I have to do is install the battery and put some gas in it but I am tired of using it for the year.

I plan on firing it up soon and need to tweek the throttle linkage to get more power out of the motor, since I can not find the correct parts I done some rigging and need to go back over it. It does not have enough throttle to run the deck right now ands need to buy a couple batteries.

  • TAHOE said thank you
