Hi guys,

Recently I received this panzer in trade. It has the mowing deck. Tires are shot, engine turns/turned by hand, I know nothing else about it. I would like to sell it soon, and would like a realistic price point. I'm not looking for top dollar, but to be fair to someone.

Your thoughts?  Thank you

Keep it and restore it. Then you can trade it for a Bush hog. What is that in the background of the first pic? Good Luck, Rick

That's my David bradley Tri-trac.

I have no motivation to do anything with this machine right now. I want to see someone enjoy it, use it and give it a good home.

No gas cap ? did it set outside ? the tank may be junk and the deck looks to be very badly rotted.  I have seen those bring very good money, I would say start at $500 and work from there.  It is a good thing I don't have unlimited money :D or I would be after this one as well.  good luck with it.

Given its condition, which it appears to have been buried I would not give more than 350.00

The only thing it has going for it is that it has the lift arm assembly and the right angle gear box on it. The tractor without those two items would be hard too get $200 around here.the lift arm alone $50-$75. The gearbox alone $150-$250 Ive seen. Hope that helps.

Tom

You can tell it's sit outside quite some time. Odds are the deck is ruined, gas tank is rusty out and water most likely got into the carb and won't  rebuilt. Like Northern Tom said above.

I have someone coming today and offered me $250 for it. I'm happy with that since he's picking it up and helping me dig it out from the snow. Its supposed to be for him and his son. So I can live with that. I've gotten deals in the past, so if I'm taking a "hit" on it, I'm ok with that.

Well the man came and didn't want it. Said it needed more work than he thought I guess. But he was very nice and it seemed he knew panzers for sure. He had the registry on him and looked up the Serial number.

So it's back up for sale.

How rotted is the deck?

The deck isn't too bad IMO, in that one spot it's rotted but not overall.

Titus If you still have the panzer I'm interested. Like the guy who came to look at it I'm looking for something for my grandson and I to work on. It will be resurrected, not parted out or flipped and used to entertain the grand kids when they come for visits.

I'm good with you selling the deck and gear box to jabelman as I have mowers and don't foresee it doing work other than hauling a cart at some point.

I live in Charlestown.

Thanks Don
