Actually, someone new I liked "old stuff" and said if I wanted it I could have it. I thought it would go nice with my 1948 Airens Rotor Tiller. O.K. so now we know it is a "Shaw" Peppy Pal. Any guess on the year?

Well, you know I was just :poke:

About an hour ago, I found a WH on Craigslist. I called the guy and he didn't know what model it was,but I bought it!

Might be a fixer-upper, might be a parts tractor, might be used for "horse trading".

It looks like someone put a different engine on it. All the shaws I know of used briggs or wisconsin engines, I have never know them to have clinton engines. Shaw did not keep serial number records, usualy you would date it by the engine serial number. Since it does not have the original engine the exact year would be hard to determine. There should be a shaw serial number tag on the right side of the frame just in front of where the handle bars attach. This would give you the model number and would give an idea of the years in which that version were made.
