Picked up a rusted out front tote, and had the main panel formed and welded the original sides back on. I was surprised to find that the mount was not centered on the box, and wanted to verify with others. mine is about 1" off to one side.

Which tote is it? I found 2 so far to look at. Was it originally lifted with an electric actuator?

Help us out here.....What is this TOTE item. Have any pictures?  If this is a Sears, lots of things mounted in same front slot as the other front implements. Am I off here?

Hey, OK, got it!  guess not in that same slot then an has it's own mounts. Cool, looks like it dumps too?  Man, not much diff than the bucket I bought, just not down low on ground, hmmm.  Might be way I'm gonna be using mine once on, IF it is ever on, heh!

Mine is hanging from the garage rafters, but at a glance, the bars are equidistant.

Wouldn't think it being offset would be a good idea for load.

Would make a good "mother-in-law" seat, especially if it dumps!

Sorry, I keep forgetting to write down the model number, but it looks like the white one in the first pic. Mine mounts to the front axle and dumps. Doesn't use the bracketry shown in the second pic. The box is off to one side of the mount.

What I was thinking is if it was originally set up for an electric lift, it may have been offset for that. That is pic #2.

Get us some pics.

Thanks! Those pics in the link are real similar to the parts in the 662.264220 Sears Tote.

Yep, that is it, wonder why my number is so different, and doesn't come up under Sears???

Have also come up with some people claiming they have a 235.264222 and 235.264223. There is no way there is that many tote box designs out there????
